How do I track my order?
Login into “My Account” you should be able to see your order history with an updated status for each.
How do I modify my order?
Please email us at info@fascinationbyintrend.com within 2 hours of placing your order, as we’ll need to manually modify your order. Include the item number you need to modify.
Why is my order delayed?
Order might be delayed due to high volume of orders or inventory issues. If we need more time we’ll contact you by email as soon as possible.
What if there is something missing from my package?

How do I change my address?
If you need to change your shipping address email us, make sure the email matches the one used in your account / order.

UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Air, UPS 2 Day air, UPS Next Day Air
USPS - Please note, USPS can take up to 3 business days to be collected by the carrier.

Sorry, we do not have gift-wrapping.

Why do I need to create an account?
All customers need an account to verify and track order status.
How do I create an account?
Step 1: Fill in the required Business information.
Step 2: Submit proof of Business (Business permit, invoice)
Step 3: Submit your Tax ID/VAT.
Step 4: Make sure your email is valid and can be accessible. We’ll be sending you a confirmation for the account.
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do you calculate shipping?
Shipping is calculated by weight and dimensions of the package.

Why do I have to pay sales tax?
No, we do not charge sales tax. All CA customers will require a retail reseller’s permit to purchase.
How can I get an invoice/receipt?
Under “My Account” is your order history, where you can print any invoice. If you still need help, let us know we can email you a copy.
Can I change my form of payment?
Once your order has been placed there’s no way to switch the payment method.
When will my purchase appear on my credit card?
Depending on your financial institution, Most purchases would appear within 2-3 business days.
How do I redeem a coupon?
At checkout at payment, input the coupon code in the field. Please make sure the coupon works before completing the checkout process, as we can not apply discounts codes after the order has been placed.
